  • How long does my hair have to be?: at least 3 inches all around 
  • Clients with alopecia are accepted
  • Acceptable payment: Shoppay(payment plan), cash, card (4% transaction fee), & Zelle.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation/rescheduling needs to be announced at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in your retainer being forfeited.

No Show Policy:

No call/no shows result in forfeiture of the retainer. Clients who no call/no show will be restricted from future bookings.

Preparation Policy:

Please come with your hair completely detangled and stretched(2 cornrow braids) to enjoy the relaxing shampoo and conditioning. If you fail to do so your appointment will be canceled.
