Processing time is 1-3 business days after your order is placed. These bundles are custom made 1 week processing time. Once the processing period is complete, between 1-2 weeks your order will be shipped.

It is recommended to detangle under warm running water or after soaking the hair thoroughly in water. Each bundle undergoes a rigorous selection process to ensure consistency in length, thickness, and texture. The term "double drawn" refers to the careful process of manually removing shorter hairs from the bundle, resulting in hair that is evenly thick from root to tip.
